Red River Relish Poppers
25 fresh jalapeño peppers
14-16 ounces cream cheese
1 8-ounce jar Red River Relish Original
2 16-ounce packages bacon
Cut stems from peppers. Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
Combine cream cheese and Red River Relish. Fill jalapeño halves.
Wrap ½ slice bacon around each pepper half.
Place on baking sheets and bake in 450 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is fully cooked. Remove and serve.
