Jalapeño Popper Cheese Ball

16 ounces cream cheese
Several jalapeños, diced
1 4-ounce can green chilies
½ cup Red River Relish Original
1 tsp chopped garlic
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup chopped bacon
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Panko crumbs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Combine cream cheese, jalapeños, green chilies, Red River Relish, garlic, salt, bacon, and cheeses.
Form into a ball and chill.
While cheese ball is chilling, melt butter. Add bread crumbs and cilantro. Toast until golden.
Roll the cheese ball into bread crumbs and coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
