8 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces grated Cheddar cheese
Red River Relish Original, to taste
“Grands” refrigerator biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and Red River Relish.
Roll each biscuit out flat. Spoon about ¾ teaspoon of the cheese mixture into the center of each. Press seams together to form a “pillow.”
Place seam side down onto cookie sheet. Brush each “pillow” with egg wash and top with a jalapeño slice.
Bake until lightly golden.
