RRR Chow Chow Grilled Cheese Sandwich
1 soft pretzel roll
2-3 tbsp Red River Relish Chow Chow
2 tsp sweet-and-hot mustard
2 pats salted butter
Few slices mild Cheddar cheese
Slice pretzel roll crosswise into two ½-to-¾-inch slices. Spread each with mustard. On bottom bread slice, layer cheese, Red River Relish Chow Chow, and more cheese. Top with remaining bread slice.
Melt 1 pat butter in skillet. Grill bottom of sandwich until golden brown. Remove from skillet. Melt remaining pat of butter in skillet. Grill other side of sandwich until bread is golden brown and cheese is melting.
