Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs with Spicy Chili Sauce
2½ pounds ground chicken
1 cup Veri Veri teriyaki sauce
2 scallions, minced
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic, through garlic press or minced
¼ tsp crushed black pepper
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Form bite-sized meatballs and place on parchment paper.
Bake for 40 minutes. Transfer to serving tray.
Spicy Chili Sauce
1 jar chili sauce
1 jar apricot jelly
1 jar Red River Relish Original
Heat all ingredients slowly over low heat. Transfer to bowl for dipping.
