Meet Kitsie

Red River Relishes are created by Kitsie Forrest, a San Antonio native who studied food science at Sam Houston State University and then put her considerable culinary skills to work as a caterer and educator. A self-described “foodie,” Kitsie spends her time developing new recipes for Red River Relish, traveling to marketing events and crafts fairs, and playing with her two young granddaughters.
